ForeVR Cornhole VR

I went through my entire VR library a few days ago, to like sort out all the trash and find what hidden gems might hide there. This is one of those games I found. This was my first time playing cornhole, it isn’t a game that is played in northern Europe, at least from what I’m aware of. I didn’t like this game at first. It seemed like it had input delay when releasing and the easy AI was smoking me on the easiest course. It also didn’t help that the ‘guide line’ was totally off angle and just useless to follow. But after a few attempts, I started to get the hang of it and I now think it is a pretty good VR game, if you are looking for something free to play at least. The game has a pretty good single player mode against different AIs of different difficulties. It features multiple different maps with different cornholes at various different distances and angles. It also has a good unlock system with you unlocking new levels, skins and pouches as you continue to play. The pouches do feel a little light though, they could use more weight to them I feel like, but since I never actually played the real thing, I might be wrong. Cornhole is a beloved American bbq/pool party game of throwing a little beanbag into a plank with a hole in it, aiming, of course, for the hole. Yep, that's it. So they made a VR version with a few wacky backdrops (even outer space, wow, these developers are crazy). Needless to say it was a massive flop because it turns out the party game of last resort wasn't all that popular in VR on Steam. So, ForeVR Cornhole VR is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail?
