VR Disc Golf

I started off absolutely hating it. But once I accepted that this is not a Disc golf simulater, it became much more enjoyable. So this is not a real disc golf experience by any stretch of the imagination. However, what it is, is mostly consistent. Basically, you can control the speed but it's 10x the force you put into it. You can also hyzer it, kind of, but it's a wierd kind of hyzer. You can back hand it and you can fade the heck out of it IF you choose the "Curve" disc. There are some physics defying flight paths that sometimes occur but they were not very common. Not a ton of variaty but whats there is pretty unique.

Ive been playing this for years now with over 40 hours played - it just doesnt ever seem to get boring for me. Once you get the hang of the flight patterns compared to how you flick your wrist to throw its surprisingly accurate. The only thing this game needed was anhyzer paths, if you try one it just spikes without transitioning lol. But the dark themed layout makes this game so great specifically because it makes VR look a lot more realistic and Immersive. Lighter colors you can see the spirals on the lens but with the black background the colors really pop on this game. I pray that whoever made this will make more maps one day.

I adore this piece of software. I'm an avid Disc Golf player afk and I get so much satisfaction out of this game. I find myself wanting to play a couple of quick rounds almost every day. The feeling of throwing the discs is quite good. I tell new players "Find what works for you and do it consistently." I tend to use a hammer-style throw (overhead) for the majority of my shots but that's entirely personal preference. You are given the option of a follow-me cam for the disc after you throw it but personally I prefer the stationary camera as it's easier to see your mistakes. Again that's personal preference and it's great that I have the option. There is up to 4 player party mode where a player plays nine holes and passes the headset. The party feature makes this game AWESOME when you have a few people who want to play. I can't wait for more courses!! (There are only two.) Lots of fun. Easy to play, hard to master. Runs great.

This is the only multiplayer disc golf game I could find on steam. A friend and I who have played disc golf together several times wanted to play some disc golf so we purchased it and attempted to play it. The disc physics are terrible. I could never get the disc to go straight. It would fly way to the side or even behind me. Did not enjoy at all. If you want to play a VR disc golf game I would recommend Rec Room over this and it is free.

Very fun 5 star game! I wish they would add more courses and leader boards.....

Had a blast playing this with friends, taking turns. All of us enjoyed it, both those who do and don't play disc golf IRL. Controls are intutitive, music is awesome, and the levels are fun but challenging. Highly recommended!
