About Fright Knight Legend
Are you ready for an epic adventure in Fright Knight Legend? You'll embark on a quest to save the cursed Kingdom of Brightmore, battling hordes of enemies and avoiding deadly traps to uncover scattered gems. But this is no ordinary tale - it's a story steeped in history, with heroes facing monsters believed lost to the ages.

Choose from three unique characters:
- Bella, a fierce female knight with lightning-quick combos
- Simon, a knight in shining armor who relies on pure strength to defeat his foes
- Merlin, a powerful magician with extra stamina for special attacks.
With up to three playable characters, each with their own attributes, you'll have a blast exploring the Kingdom of Brightmore.

You can choose between three heroes:
Bella, a female knight that has fists of fury, with quick combos
Simon, the Knight in shining armor that uses his strength to fight his way through the enemies
Merlin, the magician that has extra stamina for more special attacks

Local co-op lets you team up with friends for even more fun, you can even play with friends remotely with Steam RemotePlay. And as you progress through your adventure, the legendary Wizard narrates your journey, adding an extra layer of excitement to the already thrilling gameplay.
If you're a fan of classic beat 'em ups like Streets of Rage, Final Fight, Shredder's Revenge, or Castle Crashers, then Fright Knight Legend is the adventure you've been waiting for. So, are you ready to become a hero and save the kingdom from darkness?

Yet I can't recommend this game. As to why, let's start with the negatives: - The general art direction is ugly. I know a pixel artist or a true 3D creator are expensive, but this reminds me of the first attempts at doing 3D games with CGI graphics in the late eighties and the nineties. - I'm not sure why but the dev went for something rather medieval and yet the three characters fight using their fists and feet. That's really off-putting. Why not give them weapons instead? - The story, and as a matter of fact every single line of text feels off, as if an AI had written it. I'm not accusing the dev of using ChatGPT or anything of the sort, just that it doesn't feel natural to me. - Some of the traps are nigh impossible to avoid. They're either too fast or lack graphical feedback for the hitboxes. - Upon the time we played, we've had 4 crashes to desktop, no sound, or couldn't progress to the next level without going back to the menu (not every…1 found this helpful
