Knightmare Tower

Very fun game. I feel like it has a lot of potential for a sequel. They gotta make this into a roguelike with upgrades and more bosses.

I love the game itself - played a ton of it on mobile and as a flash. [h3] This version however I would not recommend to get into, unless you have an urge to 100% it on Steam, like I do. It has critical bugs and the least preferable control scheme. [/h3] [h3] Bugs: [/h3] - Full screen has insane screen tearing that is not fixable. You will be playing in windowed mode the entire play-through. - It likes to permanently freeze from time to time. Happened to me around 10 times. - It says that it supports controllers. It's not. Some essential inputs within menus straight up don't work. - Your downward dash - the most important move in this reaction-based game, will sometime just miss inputs while in controller mode, making it unplayable. The only way to play with a controller is to emulate a keyboard with it and do some remapping. [h3] Control scheme: [/h3] On mobile you'd use innovative way to control the knight's flight with gyroscope. It was genuinely fun and engaging. In browser you used your mouse to move knight around - convenient, intuitive, satisfying and snappy. Here you can't do either of those and just use buttons or joystick to move yourself around. I loved the original online version growing up but this version is so buggy and I've had to restart a couple of times in only a little bit of playing. For some reason it does not have any mouse controls, which were my preferred method of control originally.

Can't say i don't recommend it but it lacks mouse support which makes original better in my opinion...

Although pretty short and with a lot of outdated humour, it was still a fun game to play through to 100%
