This is square in the middle of what you expect from a Chinese browser scam. A thin attempt to make a minimum viable "clicker" "MMO" where gameplay involves clicking around a bit to pretend you're playing the game and getting beaten about the head by the fact you can't progress and you can't "win" unless you pay up at the cash shop. There's only a superficial "game" here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino.
