Seems there are several minigames to play with girls. [繁体字のみ / 台湾麻雀] レトロPC風味(昔に発売?)。10 found this helpful
正宗台灣十六張麻將 is an ancient game from 1994. It's a whopping 29 years old at the time of this review. The game runs in DOSBOX and lacks support for any modern gaming display resolutions (or widescreen monitors), hasn't been modernised or updated to run smoothly on modern gaming PCs. Despite this lack of modernisation, it carries a pretty high price tag for such an ancient game. This seems to have been put on Steam as a nostalgia gouge. There's no English translation for the game, but that's ok. It turns out, the language of bad games is universal. It's an old Mahjong (card/tile gambling game, not the "match-2" lightweight version) that was popular in China decades ago, and features a few minigames and a branching kind of plot/campaign mode that is welcome depth to an otherwise basic kind of gameplay that's largely now relegated to mobile phones and web browsers. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. While there are options to change the resolution for the game, all this does is scale up the simplistic 2D art assets used to make the game, which makes little or no difference to the graphics quality. …9 found this helpful

Might be a good option to get if you are into this type of gambling or you are just looking to play something random just out of curiosity.2 found this helpful

Rather than modernizing the formula with flashy graphics or online competitive systems, the game focuses on faithfully preserving the structure, pacing, and atmosphere of authentic Taiwanese mahjong. It serves both as a nostalgic return for longtime players familiar with the original release and as an accessible introduction for those interested in learning this distinct regional rule set. At its core, the game centers on Taiwan’s sixteen-tile mahjong rules, which differ from more globally recognized thirteen-tile formats. Each player begins with sixteen tiles, increasing the complexity of hand management and strategic planning. Because of the larger hand size, players must think further ahead when building combinations and calculating potential scoring patterns. The scoring system is based on accumulated “tai” (points), which makes the structure relatively straightforward to understand while still allowing for deep strategic play. Experienced mahjong players will appreciate how fait…1 found this helpful
