This game is pretty good if you already know how to play mahjong. I think the art and animation really good. Especially the 2D mangan animations. And unlike the other gacha mahjong games, you can play other styles of mahjong. I learned how to play Hong Kong Style from this. I didn't have any of the problems about the PC port being weird like other reviews stated. Only issue is the weird translations for names of yaku in riichi mahjong. They don't use the Japanese names nor the standard English translations, so at the beginning I almost believe they added new yakus. I don't recommend this game for total newbies because the beginner resources (at least in English) isn't that good. If you live outside of Asia, finding matches can be difficult. Casual matches should be fine, but I can only rind ranked matches around midnight ET. It's literally mahjong with pretty people sometimes on your screen. If you like MJS and Riichi City, its the same. You know what to expect. ~~~ And to those reviews... No. It's not a clone. It's Mahjong. A game that existed for thousands of years. Why are we pretending a gacha mahjong game is some untouchable ingenious concept no other game can dare remake…1 found this helpful

i was feeling very chinese when i downloaded this (i am very white)
Sichuan Mahjong is fun, it also has Hong Kong, Japanese (Riichi), and Taiwanese Mahjong for those who play it. Their Character designs are questionable. They also have niche features like tile designs, table designs, skins, gachas, Ranked, clubs, etc. 4/5
Ok if anyone sees this on my steam profile please understand I play this strictly for mahjong and nothing else. I promise I am not a gooner.
