What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise the rhythm-based spell-casting gameplay and DDR-style mechanics that keep combat engaging, with an enjoyable story that unfolds across stages with increasing complexity. Common complaints include significant difficulty spikes on certain boss fights (particularly the final and dragon bosses), excessive dialogue in early sections, and text display issues where words fail to render properly in the game engine. Despite these rough edges, most players found the core experience worthwhile and are interested in future content.
good gameplay, the last boss was kinda hard to beat (took me a few atempts), for me it were a little bit to much dialoge in the begining but in the end it was worth it ^^5 found this helpful
Get into the rhythm and press keys to cast spells. The game follows a group of random heroes that need to band together and survive. You play the mage, while the ranger and knight stand next to you. They can’t fight everyone, so that’s where you come in. The group stands in the middle, and the enemies come from left and right. Your job is to hold the direction and input the four directional keys to cast spells. The correct pattern is always visible in your spell book so there’s no need to memorize them. Each new stage adds more spells and more enemies that require different approach. The story that is pretty decent. The only issue is that English language doesn’t fit the game’s engine very well. When you’re introduced to new stuff, half of the words aren’t even displayed. Another thing is that when you complete a stage, you need to move to the next to save progress. If you return to the main menu, you’ll have to play it again.4 found this helpful
The dragon gave me way too much trouble when everything else was a breeze, but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the DDR mechanics of this game and am looking forward to more of the story!1 found this helpful
