Haunted House™ (2010)

Atari Haunted House (Remastered) - A great concept, to some, a poor execution. I am not sure how I honestly feel about that. My love of all things classic, tells me that I should give this one a pass, however, my serious gaming side (as small as it may be), tells me be honest. What I have played of this game it is fun, once you get use to it, the fun novelty of it shines through, and what a great addition to anyone's library for the sake of Halloween and whatnot, honestly, I kind of like the feel of it, and like the updated graphics to the original Atari 2600 game I use to play as a kid makes me feel nostalgic, so yeah, I am sorry for anyone that expects a harsh review, but I just can't bring myself to do it, its a fun game to me, I recommend this one, its well worth the play, but definitely get it on sale if you still can!

Funny game with just the type of stuff i like to play (chests, finding collectables etc) but its missing the most important part... Achievements.. So i wont play this anymore untill that is added :-(

About the game 🎮 Haunted House™ (2010) is a remake of the original 1982 arcade game this version was on nintendo Wii . The idea of the game 💡 Each level have different rooms you have to explore and collect items, keys, weapons to survive not that easy to unlock doors because the levels seems like a maze sometimes you get lost and the same time you can search for collectables items for your museum which you can visit in main menu like journal , antique items. Story so far... 📖 Lyn Graves, granddaughter of the original 1982 game's protagonist, explores her uncle's infested mansion to rescue him and her friends. She must locate shattered pieces of a magical urn while battling ghouls, skeletons, and spiders in procedurally generated rooms. Atari in 2010 when Atari could not do remasters - now with the new owners they do!

Good game, kinda wonky controls. I love the art and story-direction, but sometimes the controls could be smoother and more responsive.
