Hololive Room Visitor is not a game. Games contain meaningful gamelike interaction and game loops, which are absent in this software. Instead of being a game, Hololive Room Visitor is a software application that presents a bunch of backdrops from various streamers so you can look at the backdrops from various streamers in VR. Can't make this up... what garbage. So, the backdrops aren't intellectual properties that belong to the developer, it's not a game that can be played, but it was dumped on Steam in the games section because, heck, you've already seen a bunch of terrible ideas from the developer, why would anyone expect them to know what a game actually is? In case you're wondering what the heck a Hololive is, well, it's a platform for streamers where middle aged balding men pretend to be little anime girls. Noah, get the boat.
