About Laballatory

A puzzle escape game with Balatro-lite, looter, and Incremental elements.

Build a Newton's Cradle - using synergies between balls to maximise your score in order to escape the lab. You will not be alone, a series of voice memos from the Dr Ballkovitch himself will help and hinder your journey.

Learn how the machines in the lab work and use them to open the locked doors of the Lab to claim a place on the leaderboards, and your freedom.

Loved the new twist on "smol number bad, big number good" genre. Don't be a fool like me and spend the first hour of play time not using the clipboard lol. 10/10 game love the creativity.

A incredibly satisfying game, easily ranked high in my favourite Number-go-up games

None of this is really intuitive. Have to read ungodly amounts to understand what the devs want you to do. I want to turn off my brain and watch number go up. Not read a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dissertation.

Amazing game. A really cool twist on the "number-go-up" genre, makes you think about different mod combination and hunting for good balls. As someone who likes number-go-up games and Path of Exile, this scratched a very specific itch for me, and I hope to see similar ideas from this developer in the future, including maybe some New Game+ mode. Could use some Quality of Life, particularly in endgame where you have to take track of a LOT of balls and see where they interact with each other, but even without it, it was a very fun experience.
