The Learning Ladders Demo Disc is a collection of projects created during the Learning Ladders Internship hosted by Pinfall Games. Play a range of games from building puzzles to defending a moon in this game package!
Lunar Defence - Defend your moon! In this wave defence game, you must destroy all ships coming for your moon! Collect points to use in the shop to buy more defences.
Pisa 2 - The Tower of Pisa has fallen! Balance your tower, and avoid the rising flood, all while scaling and platforming, all at once!
Fantasy Combat - Survive for as long as possible against scaling hordes of medieval monsters. Collect Experience from slain enemies to upgrade yourself and your weapons in unique ways!
UFO: Unidentified Firing Object - Fight off waves of enemies in this vertical shoot’em up!
Penguin Chase - Be the fastest penguin in the Arctic! Race against fellow penguins down a slippery slope, maybe eliminate some if you fancy it!

Yes yes yes! This reminds of the demo discs you'd get with old Playstation magazines, especially the Net Yaroze games. Healthy mix of games that feel a little "raw" and really well polished games. Seeing the art in the achievements is really charming. The museum is also great, the 3D models on the plinths is a great idea. Would recommend this for anyone interested in game design, arcade games of old and especially for anyone that likes to brag that they were into them "before it was cool". Get the Demo Disc and revel in your smugness when these devs' careers pop off!1 found this helpful
This is a very solid selection of games on this Demo Disc. Each one explores a different concept which has been explored and expanded upon to which the outcome is a fully finished and almost flawless game. Ok, I'm cutting this bit for a moment. Penguin Chase is goated (as are all the others game on this Demo Disc), and you should really try them out.

Really solid lineup of games! Very addicting and fun to play. Looking forward to what the devs of these games have ahead of them. Severe lack of Block Bounce or Snotty Sewer knocks it down one point though.
