About Let's Get Larry a Haircut
Let’s Get Larry a Haircut is a 2D block-pushing puzzle game in which you must navigate and manipulate objects in a maze collecting enough tokens to unlock the hairdressing place, then push Larry in there. With block-pushing and sokoban style gameplay inspired by games like Repton, Boulder Dash and the like, Larry is a relaxing game about not getting crushed or blowing up the wrong things. Also, don’t telefrag Larry.
Pros:
- Lots of puzzles
- Catchy music
- It has Bees
- You control a sort of 2D cow face
- There are time and fewest steps challenges if you like that sort of thing
Cons:
- You control a sort of 2D cow face
- Not a very realistic depiction of getting haircuts
- In fact there's no actual hairdressing action whatsoever

This is a fun puzzle game. There are some tricky bits, but it has some mechanics like flipping the world and the way the different objects move that make a lot of the puzzles pretty good fun. Played it on steamdeck.1 found this helpful
I do like bees, but these ones cause far too much destruction for my liking. Speaking of which, given how much I've detonated Larry, I think his haircut will be the least of his interviewer's concerns.1 found this helpful
By far the best waste of time I've ever had. 5 stars and I will definitely come here again.1 found this helpful
This is a lot of fun! Reminds of good ol' Supaplex but far cuter :D1 found this helpful
The game requires completing levels under a certain number of steps *and* under a certain time to gain stars, which are required to unlock standard levels. A tile-based sokoban-like with a timer is annoying; a step counter is one thing, but I don't want to be rushed in a game like this. And then, there's no undo option, only resetting the entire level, which makes me not even want to work on optimizing the steps. This isn't fun to me, and since you have to get extra stars to unlock regular levels, rather than have them be extra things for achievements or bonus levels, I'll just be getting a refund and see if it is ever updated in the future.
Loved playing this quirky little puzzle game. 5 Stars! Cute characters and cheerful, clean colour scheme. Don't forget that every day is a leg day for Larry, and a brain workout for you!
