About Lofi Hollow
Lofi Hollow is what some might call a "roguelife" - an ASCII life simulator, focused on existing in a world filled with people to talk to and things to engage with. Run your own farm, bartend, go mining for ores to make new tools and weapons, solve puzzles, and dig up artifacts!
Currently implemented features include (but are not limited to):
Combat - Slay monsters to become stronger!
Mining and Smithing - Craft tools and weapons!
Construction - Build a house or decorate your apartment!
Farming - Buy the abandoned farm in town and grow crops or raise animals there!
Photography - Capture photos of the world and its inhabitants to earn money or immortalize memories!
Modding - Add or change (almost) anything with the extensive modding system!
Multiplayer - Do all the above with friends using the built-in Steam multiplayer!

Looks promising so far. Job minigames are very fun, and I like that they have leaderboards to compare your highscores with other people. The dev seems to be putting in a lot of work to add new content and iron out the kinks, hopefully the game will continue to improve over the course of early access.4 found this helpful
Didn't have high expectations for the game, but it's barebones, a lot of stuff seems to be filler text, the map is small and empty outside of town, and realistically I don't think you can charge anyone for playing this. The minigames were more fun than the main gameplay of walking around and hitting 2 or 3 dialogue options with short answers or something like "(positive)", "(very negative)"... To be fair, though, if the world gets expanded, some bugs fixed and the filler text substituted, then this could be an okay game. But then again, all games have potential and at this point you would be buying a promise, not even a half-finished game you can use as copium.2 found this helpful
This is a great game, I just wish it was updated more to allow more modding capabilities; The dev did a really great job on this game and I wish it was still alive :/
