Memoirs of a Battle Brothel is an adult (NSFW), narrative-driven, tactical turn-based RPG inspired by traditional pen-and-paper roleplaying games!
Welcome to the Courtesan's Guild, where the women are beautiful and deadly. Players assume the role of a Facilitator: part administrator, mercenary, and free-agent in the service of the Guild. Lead your own Guild Hall, explore the island city-state of MoonFall, develop relations with other factions, discover secrets, and, if you're so inclined, indulge in what the women of the Guild have to offer.
In this seedy, cyberpunk inspired world, luxuries are often undercut with the threat of violence. Whether it’s pressure from one of the ruling crime syndicates, disgruntled nobles, or even a blood contract from a private military company, the Courtesan's Guild finds itself beset on all sides.
To maintain their position in the criminal underworld, the lovely ladies of the Guild are given full combat training in addition to their bedroom teachings.
These vivacious vixens will join you in battle as you fight to protect the guild!
Four different campaign paths!
Players can embark on any (or all) of four campaign paths. Each of which will cause unique endgame scenarios!
Will you be known as a Unifier, who brought peace and understanding to the different factions of the Guild? Or a Usurper, who took advantage of the crisis to gain power? Many other paths await, and the ending is yet to be written.

Sex sells - it is extremely clear that the NSFW theme is really there to snag your attention and elevate it's chance of being discovered, and I daresay it clearly worked considering how many people have given this title a chance versus the countless other RPGMaker titles across the platform. This positive recommendation is only for a particularly specific audience, as it is not enough of a porn game to appease the gooners and not a fleshed out enough tactical experience for the math nerds. The writing and character development is exceptional - everything else about the game is clearly held back by it's RPGMaker origin. There are several typos, a lot to dislike about the UI, vague to completely unexplained mechanics, and I had to force close the game constantly after most major events. Fortunately the game autosaves in such a way that there was never any progress lost, but still NOT an enjoyable element. That said, it is easily one of the finest examples of what one can do with such tools and a lot of determination. If you are willing to give what appears to be a passionate solo dev a chance and be patient through the jank, big and small, there is a lot of meaningful interaction …5 found this helpful

Easily one of the deepest rpgs I've played in a LONG time. To find such a gem from a single developer in a genre that's easy to miss really shows how far mainstream games have fallen. Play it. Even if you don't want to engage with smut (and it is largely avoidable outside of the very beginning if it's not your jam), play it. It is such an incredible story.1 found this helpful
It crashes my computer on the main menu. There's no option to run the game windowed and it freezes up everything within 2 minutes of starting.1 found this helpful
An enjoyable story wrapped up in a classic style RPG with the fun of running your own brothel.
i told myself i would do the sex after i beat the game but then i beat the game and didn't want to do the sex anymore. 10/10
