Take on the role of a druidic clan and use your blessings to heal the Valley of Life. This task doesn’t come easy though, it requires both courage and caution as it can be easy to overwhelm the land if you’re careless or wield too much power.

Mystic Vale is easy to pick up for those new to deck-building games, yet is challenging even for those skilled in the genre. Practice against AI opponents before you take the battle online, where you can find and create public or private rooms to play against friends or random players!
Cards combine in a variety of different ways creating powerful combos. What combo wins one match might not win you your next one, though. If you’re a risk-taker, Mystic Vale has a push-your-luck element, but if you spoil your hand, you’ll miss your turn and maybe even that special card you were hoping to collect.Remember, keep an eye on your opponent’s cards to see what advantage they may have over you and which cards they may want.
Mystic Vale debuts a new approach to the deck-building genre. You start and play through the game with the same 20 cards, however, each card has 3 slots available within it which you can add advancements to by buying them from the field.Each advancement has different abilities and properties, which when mixed together can create powerful combos. Some cards will offer you extra resources and perks but they may come at a high cost. Determine your strategy and build your deck to your play style.
Find online matches within the community or host your own private matches with friends. You can set the matches to suit you, whether you want an extended pool, playing with/without expansions or want to add turn timers to keep the game moving quickly. Online multiplayer is also available cross-platform so you can play against your fellow druids no matter if they’re on PC, Android or iOS.If your clan are all together in one place, Mystic Vale also supports Hot Seat for up to 4 people!

I'll admit, I'm biased; I loved this game since the first time I playtested it, before it was originally published in card form. I loved it when it hit store shelves, I continued to love it as a free fan-made computerized version on yucata.de, and I love this version too, with its fancy animated graphics and lovely chillax music/sfx. It's hands down one of my favorite tabletop games ever, and this version does it excellent justice (in all respects other than lacking the ability to undo a decision to NOT push; obviously the decision TO push can't be undone, but its opposite could be without harm, that's the only real problem I have with this program). I haven't played much against the enemy AI, I don't know if it's as ruthless on high difficulties as it should be, I'm certainly no expert at the game and I like to have a fair chance at winning, so I'll typically keep it around Medium difficulty. I also have yet to try online multiplayer, so I can't speak to whether that's any good. But as a relaxing single-player experience with beautiful art, I have absolutely no complaints, and would have happily paid more than I did.1 found this helpful
No new updates in 6 years and there's a few interactions I take issue with in terms of triggers, but overall faithful to the card/board game and an appreciable experience.
Great implementation of the physical game. Grab the season pass instead of the individual DLCs to save a few bucks.
I've put in 100s of hours into this game and most of the time it makes me feel angry because it came down to luck more than strategy! It's fun until it isn't!
An interesting deckbuilder with an original cardbuilding mechanic, beautiful art and soothing music. Like in Ascension or Dominion, there is no metaprogression, but that is probably the only downside.
This game is surprisingly good. The gameplay holds up but im most surprised how well done the digital translation is. It feels like a real game, it has actual netcode, where you see what your opponent plays, when they play it. Dragging cards feels good, the card have little parallax stylings and it just feels good to interact with the game. Combine that with a more complex version of the Dominion -> Ascension -> Shards of Infinity (etc.) like of deckbuilding (it has card crafting) and its a shame that this didnt get more attention. It's two bucks on sale, you should try it. p.s.: i hope these guys get to do more board game translations because it is much better than other 'app' versions of board games.
