Trying to play feels like a farm maze with endless running and jumping, and my hero acts like he's on a treadmill with no settings. I just want to win and eat some cheese!

My notes from long ago say the music is good but the controls kind of suck. Today's attempt at proving those notes incorrect and correct have failed. The music is good. The gameplay is a kind of typical top-down shooter sort of deal. I guess it all works, but the UI just actively hates you. Get past that and you get into that top-down shooter stuff. It's very arcade-y. It has the ingredients to be something I like, but I guess the way it was put together makes it somehow fall flat like a wet splat.
