About Nick's Text Adventure

Nick’s Text Adventure is a dark, minimalist text game where the story unfolds one line at a time. You descend through a strange, shifting tower made of one hundred floors—and a few that aren’t meant to exist. Each floor has its own rules, its own dangers, and its own fragments of a story that never fully explains itself.

Combat is simple but unforgiving. Equipment can help you… or betray you. Some items grow weaker the more you rely on them. Enemies notice your mistakes. Even progress isn’t always permanent.Between battles, you’ll uncover quiet moments: strange rooms, unreliable rewards, and pieces of narrative that only make sense once you’ve seen enough—or when it’s already too late. Choices matter in subtle ways, shaping what appears, what changes, and what endings become possible. This is not a power fantasy. It’s a game about persistence, uncertainty, and curiosity—about continuing downward when the rules start to bend and the game stops pretending it’s fair. Not everything is meant to be found on your first run.
Not every ending wants you to win.

this is great and while there could be more variety over the floors it is still a fun game

its almost impossible to beat the 1st room if you die too much i tried to push through but when im trying to learn the enviorment but i dont have much to go off of and move forward im at 10+ deaths AND IM GETING ONE Shot on the first floor like not even joking ( example enemy stale angel) flee is useless (atleast from my experience when trying to use it) Attacking has a hidden chances to strike or a 0-X Rng attack mechanic im not sure im just getting attacked more than im attacking back and i have no idea of the stats of weapons so im just trusting my weapon to do a job it sadly cant do if the enemy thing can be fixed then id happily dump more hours and recommend, but in this state its more stressful but i have a question if (i die then do new game is it like a new game plus?) if so (do i have to delete my game data then play again?)
