Absolutely loving this game so far, my 12 hours in it have been across 3 days and it has kept my interest the entire time. A shame you have to get the patch because it is a fraction of a game without it but the patch makes it so much better! Great art, great story, great incentives to explore but also do yourself a favour and buy the "Item acquisition map" from near the bar, I spent a while trying to find a material for a side quest only to find it was in the very next dungeon I unlocked XD definitely worth the price!2 found this helpful
Great corruption game. Great main character and plenty of scenes all with good art.2 found this helpful
The grinding can be a bit tedious at times, but since I grew up playing JRPGs, I honestly didn't mind it. If anything, I would've been happy with even more content to grind through. The adult scenes are well made and serve their purpose. The turn-based combat was surprisingly fun and exactly what I was looking for in an RPG. It exceeded my expectations, and I found myself wanting more of Rayne's story. The overall story is average—nothing groundbreaking—but that's perfectly fine considering it's an adult game. I also appreciated the multiple endings, and the lust meter was a creative mechanic that added an interesting twist to the gameplay. One feature I really liked was that after beating the game, you can unlock all of the endings. I'm not someone who enjoys replaying games or starting New Game+, so having the option to view every ending without replaying the entire game was a huge plus for me. Overall, I had a great time with Nightmare Knight ~Sacred Maiden & Fallen Magic. Despite its short length, the enjoyable combat, fun gameplay mechanics, and satisfying ending options left me wanting more. 10/101 found this helpful
Bad story, uninteresting characters, bad writing, garbled english translation, requires patch from 3rd party site, bad combat system where you can mostly just win everything by spamming attack, forgettable H-scenes1 found this helpful
She is a hottie (don't worry I cringed myself) but game is pretty mid. Scenes are tame and nothing outstanding. Still ok though.1 found this helpful
It's buggy and the main mechanic of the game isn't there withlout installing some patch from elsewhere that also doesn't seem to work. What's on steam is a buggy, laggy and incomplete game with rather crappy fight mechanics and balance.1 found this helpful
