Nothing is Forever

The game seems dead. The dev is ghosting even the Patreon members. This did not stop them to already add a steam page and demo for their new game, however.

I bought this game when it came out back in 2023 in early access, back then we all were still mostly thinking that we could trust these developers .. I mean Steam must have some vetting process & such but blah, turns out that if they do it isn't really worth much. As I said before, I bought it back in 2023 and played it then for close to 30 hours, so I got quite a lot of play time out of this but honestly I can't remember if I finished the achievements at the time or most of them but of course more came with the few updates that came after I bought the game. Recently I have been going over my library to try and finish all or most of the achievements of each game & when I stumbled upon this game I was of course disappointed to find out that there had not been an update for over 2 years. So I decided to replay the game to collect all the missing achievements & I just finished it a few minutes ago and now I got over 70 hours played in this game. The game isn't bad per say, it is a good game but if anyone is going to buy it I would say try to get it at a discount because as said before .. it has been abandoned & doesn't look it will ever be finished. Nothing is Forever is a great example of a game that handles the choice system very well. With each choice you gain points for one of four personality types, with which you then buy individual features; the game is very replayable, and there is a good chance that even on your sixth playthrough you will still discover new conversations with individual characters. What is a little weaker is the graphics. The graphics side already has the year of release 2023 signed and shows how graphics in visual novels have grown over the past few years, but where the game loses with new titles, it makes up for it with the story. The story tells of a psychologist who, after making not entirely happy decisions, returns to the city where he studied years ago. However, his decisions are catching up with him more and more. The story is really good; it is not an over-the-top affair. It keeps things down to earth and tells a story that is not difficult to relate to. I think everyone will find something in this novella that they will like.

Bought this game to beat meat and end up crying by the third hour of gameplay. Super!

8,1 (i hope i am being objective here) This game is pretty dang good, but so much talky.... i mean great story, just the Kinks are very ...like i took me a 3rd playthru to finally find the Sub path for Emma where we party with the backdoor. the mechanics are cool, the girls are hot, the story is unique... sort of, i mean i have seen something similar in Sassy Girl, but only the opening scene of that game. we totally need this game to be finished, as i see it become one of the top 30 best Adult Games, up there with Come Home, Bare Witness, Lunar's Chosen, FreshWomen Season 1, Agent Horny... and alike.
