Dreams of Desire – An Older AVN That’s Still Worth Experiencing Overall: ★★★★☆ – Recommended Dreams of Desire is one of those older AVNs that shows its age in places, but still manages to be a very enjoyable experience. What kept me playing was the story and the relationships between the characters. There is a proper plot running through the game rather than the adult content simply being the reason for everything that happens, and it becomes surprisingly easy to get invested in seeing where it all leads. The supernatural/mystery element gives the story a slightly darker and more unusual feel than the typical household-based AVN, and the game does a good job of gradually revealing what is really going on. It can be over-the-top at times, but that is also part of its charm. Story – 4/5 Probably the strongest part of the game. The supernatural premise gives Dreams of Desire its own identity, with plenty of mystery, drama and increasingly strange situations as the story develops. There are choices and different routes to explore, giving it more replay value than a straightforward kinetic novel. Characters – 4/5 A good cast with distinct personalities and relationships…

A lot of twist and turns and the outcome is not certain yet

I understood what the developer was going after, however to me it failed on the delivery. The story was lacking lots of details, did not get me hooked and the choices it offered felt unimportant to me. The visuals for a game of 2021 were not good despite some claiming they were and the characters were dull. Yeah, to me it's idling somewhere in the bottom of 'average'

GREAT GRAPHICS good 3D animations, and an interesting story with lots of choices and different ENDINGS,the characters are well made,and the replay value is relly good because different choices unlock different scenes,definitely worth playing if you like visual novels [GRAPHICS: 9/10]-[STORY: 8/10]-[ANIMATIONS: 9/10]-[REPLAYABILITY: 8/10] Overall i give 10/10

has shortcomings in plot, waifu renders and gameplay...still found it very entertaining and worth the cost and time spent uncovering every achievement and gallery scene
