Decompress it and look for file "D3D8.dll" (don't worry about antivirus possible alarm, it is a false positive, the file is ok). My favorite WW2 tank video game since my childhood before World of Tanks and War Thunder. It's hard to find 3d action tank game like this. Overall, it's like Call of Duty but you're tank.

Can`t put this abandonware to work no matter what, and it seems that a lot more people doesn`t too, so till someone fix the issue, or remove this game from this store, i`ll give the proper thumbs down that it deserves, no one is obliged to praise something, on which the money you just throwed in the trash, to give it freely to a developer that didn`t give you absolutely nothing in return.
