The story is fun, but the game isn't well-made at all. The only differences between the classes are some simple skill trees and weapon types. Each class is restricted to just one weapon type, which gets tedious. I wasn't satisfied with it as an RPG.

Отлично, но без норм баланса

Played solo and this game feels completely broken unless you have friends carrying the experience. The balancing is terrible: enemies stun lock you nonstop, attacks feel unfair, and even on "easy" difficulty the game is still frustratingly punishing for no reason. Combat quickly turns into mashing while getting chain hit instead of anything actually fun or learning-based. The controls and vertical positioning are awful too, so half the time you miss attacks because your character isn’t lined up properly. Starting on keyboard was another mistake because if you want to switch to controller later, the game forces you to restart from zero. The art style is cute and the music is fine, but the story is basically just “something about pants” and feels completely pointless. Overall this honestly feels like a co-op game that nobody bothered to balance or test for solo players.

9/10. Lots of glitches. Not super harmful but definitely annoying. Too much grind for achievements. Also takes way too much to level one character to max if you then want to switch to another character. It ruins the desire to play other characters. I am a firm believer in beating the campaign being a maxed character, so that you have reason to beat it on every character. Obviously needs online support, but tying the progress to the character and not the player for local is great.

so i just completed the game with my nephew on easy mode. game's difficulty is in a kind of weird place. easy mode is easy for like 80% of the game. but at castle areas, the difficulty got like a 200% spike and we just couldnt clear it without resorting to some sort of cheese. in my case, i just started a ranger and just shoot from afar and basically just take my time. if you have both melee characters, its honestly takes way too much concentration and effort to beat a casual game on easy mode to be worth it. in castle areas, they suddenly are able to hit you when you're on the ground, chain stuns you, and just does a ton of damage. i dont think the game scales difficulty according to number of players, so obviously the more players there are, the easier it is, and i think they balanced the game around 3-4 players. if the difficulty can be scaled down at the castle area, it'd be a great choice for a casual game night with some friends or a kid. but currently, it got a little frustrating to beat the game on EASY level without a ranged character.
