In the case of Perfect Teams, it's controlling 3 characters at a time with different passive and active abilities. But what's truly different is the possibility to combo cards together based on color. This allows for some sweet combo chaining of effects, and unlike many games, the order in which you play cards becomes very important. It feels extra good when you are able to chain most of your hand. There are 18 characters to play from (although most are locked), each with their own deck of cards allowing plenty room for experimentation and trying out different group combos. The card play is enjoyable as well as the deckbuilding but I will say that, unlike many other games, the starter cards are already at a decent power level. If you disagree, however, there are quite a few opportunities to thin the deck down considerably. Really cool deck builder game. It's just super motivating to combine the different characters and try to find how to break the game with the perfect combo. The game is fast, every game is pretty short but very interesting anyway. Funny story mode and a really nice rogue like mode. Really nice game !

A fun little game. In the same vein as Slay the Spire, but with a somewhat modified formula that doesn't make it a simple clone, and offers numerous character combination possibilities in order to make the perfect team (the name of the game would come from that???).

Wow, I paid 10 bucks for this? Really boring game. Word of advice for the devs, make all characters playable by default. The base characters are boring enough to not make your paying customers wait to see whether the game gets any better. Obviously the base 3 classes are boring, I wouldn't know if it gets any better. But I won't stick around to find out, even though I am outside of the refund window - bought this game a few months back.

This game is great! Honestly I was wondering why all the reviews were in French and that's because the game is in French, although the translation is quite good, it could use some updating. That being said, it doesn't affect gameplay and anyone can deduce what the untranslated words mean. I bought this during the winter sale and it's a steal. Solid recommend. N.B: Si jamais vous aimerez avoir de l'aide pour traduire votre jeu, je me porte volontaire.
