It's a good game but the progression is so slow. You have to win 3 runs with a character to level up and unlock a new starting deck or artifact. Runs take 40-60min. I give it a 7/10 because of this.
I love the combination of dice and cards! There are many different meta builds for each character, my only gripe is they take a long time to open up and you are initially stuck with the one archtype for each. Funny enough the character Sephyra was the most challenging and yet the most fun to play. If you are a fan of Roguelike card battlers this one is definitely worth the price of entry.
This game is like if Slay the Spire was actually good
a fantastic game that's pretty well built. finally beat it with all four and now buying my friend a copy. Play it!
Fun Slay the Spires-type using powers and dice. Luck is a bit more of a player than in other StS-likes but good power choices can mitigate that. Only con is there are so many different effects for powers/dice/characters it takes as lot of keep up with it all.
Scratches the slay the spire itch, I love the randomness of what I can play each round, I like the mechanics (filling with dice vs having odds or evens or specific numbers) and the effects. Overall this is a great, fun, game.
