What makes Phantom become a special sandbox survival game?
Nowadays, there are all kinds of survival games in the market. The basic rules are similar. The environment, the pressure of AI to characters, and the process of player to overcome these pressures through collecting, building and fighting.
Phantom has some different features; it can be said to distinguish the other survival games.
- Phantom is a very unique style of hard science fiction survival game, the art style is different from most of the survival of game in the market.
- A purely physical construction system, the vast majority of the survival of the construction of the game system is just a "shell", these "shell" cannot move! The idea of the game is great and that is why I gave it a thumbs up. Perhaps one day in a year or so this game might be really fun to play. As it is...It's lacking in a few things. So if you like the idea and want to support them I would consider getting the game while it's on sale. For the developers: There are serveral things that could be done to improve Phantom: 1. Fix the english so everything can be read in english. And you can skip on the swearing it doesn't make it funny or realistic, whichever one you were going for. 2. When you start out the game in the desert you start deep in a pit filled with junk, I would suggest that you either (1) make it so no robots spawn until you get out or (2) make it so the robots won't attack buildings. Let me explain further. The robots only come at night, but they will stay forever unless you destroy them and they are extremely hard to destroy even with a constant stream of power. That being said not only will they attack you, but they will attack and destroy anything that you have built, making it nearly impossible to play the game. 3. Make day and night more obvious. I bought this game and spent 5 minutes in it and refunded. It will be A PERFECT VR GAME IF the developers add the ability to invert Y Axis and rebind the mouse/keyboard keys. As soon, or if, these features are added, I will repurchase. Furthermore, make the worldspace at least close to Conan Exiles, or as big as Subnautica.20 found this helpful

Sadly this game is indeed abandoned and not fully playable at its current state (frequent crashes, missing content compared to trailers, tedious to play). I wish the devs will pick up the game development again because the concept is very cool and it's a shame they stopped working on it out of nowhere.
