About Pixel Hunter
Pixel hunter is 3D side-scroller game, designed in Voxel and 8Bit style. The game is about a hunter, whose weapons were stolen by animals. His only thought is to return them all. The main objective of the game is to go through the worlds, kill the Boss and retrieve your stolen weapons.
You’ll face different animals such as birds, amphibians, goats and fish. By the end of each level you have to fight the Boss.

Not worth bothering with. I thought this was an asset flip. The levels are tedious and the movement awkward. I finally got to a section where you had to climb before spikes hit you and I decided to play for a bit longer. However, after fighting a "boss" and getting a new weapon, I notice new problems. The gun seems to fire a half-second after you press the button, making precision shots -which are necessary - extremely difficult. After fumbling thru the next level, I just gave up. AFAIK, you can't rebind the keys and SHIFT and SPACE for fire/jump is awkward. I will give it some PROS: it has novel voxel art and a nifty health mechanic where you lose parts of yourself and can regain them (hat, hair). I appreciate the mechanic of meat pickups being your currency to continue. I wish there were clearly marked checkpoints though.

On PC, this is shooting yourself in the foot, it's a waste of time. It's not bad, but it's just not good. Go elsewhere. harmless cute lil plafatorm feels like mario with a gun xD
Jumping forward stops halfway feels like invisible wall stops it, falling platforms stop jumping, no controller support, have to use turbo controller to shoot and hit things without getting arthritis, complete garbage
