Where did we go down? How should I know? I am just a highly developed AI! My scans show we are in a strange land of beer… pretzels... and erm, BAVARIANS! Stay vigilant, stay ready and stay slimy, should the situation demand it. I have a feeling we are not prepared for what’s to come…

4/10 if you think using the word ASS as an acronym 100 times is funny, this is the game for you its a choose your own adventure book - large walks of text where very little happens, most of the time5 found this helpful
Plan B from Outer Space: A Bavarian Odyssey, developed by RobotPumpkin Games and published by Assemble Entertainment, is the kind of narrative adventure that doesn’t just invite the player in—it winks, hands them a pretzel, and asks if they’re ready for nonsense. Rather than delivering a sweeping, serious sci-fi epic, the game fully embraces absurdity, satire, and cultural exaggeration. It begins with a deceptively classic science-fiction setup: an alien crash-lands on Earth and must repair their ship and escape. But the twist—and the game’s identity—is that this alien has landed not in a sprawling metropolis or remote desert, but in rural Bavaria, a setting rarely used in genre storytelling and one that becomes a comedic engine. The alien’s confusion mirrors the player’s, as local customs, folklore, and stereotypes collide with otherworldly technology, leading to a series of unpredictable, chaotic encounters. The writing drives the experience. Every scene feels intentionally exaggerated, blending affectionate cultural parody, slapstick misunderstandings, Bavarian mythology, and knowingly cheesy sci-fi clichés. The game treats the player’s choices not as minor conversational branc…3 found this helpful
I played once and resulted in Ending #6. Didn't enjoy this enough to bother going through to seek out other endings. If you like a choose-your-own-adventure reading game with a simple plot and silly humor, then the different endings will offer you enjoyment and quite a lot of options for replay value. However, for me, I'm well past being amused by silly humor and so got bored very quickly. Although there are many other endings, I have too many other games that are more likely to give enjoyment.2 found this helpful
