About Plazma Being

✦ AI summary

Guide Zeb, an alien energy being, through earthquakes and hostile terrain as you solve puzzles and platform across three distinct environments to escape the planet and reach a rescue ship. Harness his unique energy powers to overcome obstacles, defeat strange creatures and robots, and uncover the mystery of why this civilization captured him in the first place.

Take control of Zeb in this puzzle/platformer. He is a small energy based life form from space, known as a Plazma Being. While journeying through space to his home, Zeb was surprised to find that he was being kidnapped by aliens. They took him back to their planet and unceremoniously threw him into captivity. During this time a series of earthquakes shook the planet and wreaked havoc upon the alien civilization, but gave Zeb a chance to escape.

Follow Zeb as he travels across the planet's surface in search of a space ship which will give him the means to get back to his beloved cold vacuum of space, as he confronts strange creatures and robots and as he uses his unique energy powers to overcome obstacles.

The game features 10 puzzle/platforming filled levels spread out between 3 different environments.
Simple platformer mixed with puzzle solving. Change forms to gain different abilities like telekinesis. Boring to play. Pace is slow. In general not recommended.
After having this game on my library sitting at 0% achievements for 9 years, i can finally check this game off my 100% to-do list, the game was quite fun if you like platform physics puzzle games, however on level 7, if you die at the end when the shooter drone spawns, there's a 70% chance the game will hard lock, and you'll need to restart the entire level. I'm assuming this happens when the game tries to spawn the drone again and fails to. This game took around 2.7 hours to 100% start to finish.

Plazma Being, developed and published by Hedge Knight Games, is a compact puzzle-platformer that builds its entire experience around a single, imaginative idea: controlling a fluid, energy-based organism in a hostile alien environment. You play as Zeb, a glowing, shape-shifting entity abducted and abandoned on a strange world, and your journey is less about traditional platforming skill and more about understanding how to manipulate your own form to survive. The premise is simple, but it provides a strong foundation for a game that prioritizes thoughtful interaction over reflex-driven action. What immediately sets the game apart is how it handles movement and control. Zeb is not bound by the usual rules of platforming; instead, he can alter his form and interact with the environment in ways that feel unconventional. Movement becomes an extension of puzzle-solving, as players must consider how to use Zeb’s properties to overcome obstacles, navigate hazards, and reach otherwise inaccessible areas. This gives the game a distinct rhythm, where progress depends on observation and experimentation rather than speed or precision alone. The level design is structured to gradually introduc…

Plot: You're plasma. You've been kidnapped. You escape. That's it. The rest is just dragging boxes to jump across a chasm.

Slow, poorly controlled flash-style game with unappealing art and confusing instructions
