Was going to give a thumbs up until after the last update it broke the game, frame rates are so low it's unplayable for some I have a 4090 and I have trouble playing, controls are slow to respond, game play is very laggy, camera movement is choppy, freezes for a second or two at times, No Responses From The Dev or Devs On Any Of My Posts Or Others Posts, I would like at least to say I'm working on it or something about the issues & I would be happy with that, But Nothing, So I'm Done & Requesting a Refund. Don't Waste Your Money This Game Was Probable a Cash Grab & Abandon.6 found this helpful
the fact they are asking for money for this is ABSURD. Prime example of how charging for an unfinished game is unethical. early access is no excuse for how bad this game is. I looted a container and mere seconds later the game forgot and refilled it. tons of issues like that in addition to the framerate issues2 found this helpful
I understand that this is only one dev. or a small dev. team. Respect for one person to pull that off. I dont want to bash the game, because the Idea is good and the area and world have potential. A word of advise, I understand that money is a factor in releasing games and working on games. If you are not ready to release dont release. Keep this in a development phase, promote it and get other people that help you with youre vision. If you have a crew and start working on it, it will have potential. But there are other games also in beta phases who have a better head start.1 found this helpful
Port Town: Survival, developed by Emre Şahin and published by Survivillage, is an early access open-world survival game that plunges players into a deserted, enigmatic port town. Released in early 2025, the game combines exploration, survival mechanics, and mystery-solving in a unique environment that blends abandoned industrial areas with decaying urban districts and surrounding wilderness. Its premise revolves around uncovering the fate of a once-thriving port city while managing the practical demands of survival, creating a tense and atmospheric experience for players willing to immerse themselves in its world. In Port Town: Survival, players take on the role of an investigator arriving at the ghostly town by boat, drawn to its secrets and hidden history. The primary goal involves collecting a large number of photographs scattered throughout the environment, each serving as a clue to piece together the city’s story. As players navigate the town, they must contend with survival elements such as hunger, thirst, and stamina, alongside environmental hazards and hostile creatures. The open-world design encourages exploration, offering diverse locations including crumbling docks, ove…1 found this helpful
Dont even waste your time or money. Terrible game, very early access and a clear cash grab.
Weirdest performance problems. People with far better systems than me, having identical performance issues (as in reaching the same fps despite stronger systems). The performance issues are tied to the saves. So if you start a new save the problems go away. But the longer you play, the lower the FPS, and if load a save you'll have the performance issues that the specific save you load has reached. Also input is queued in a weird way. If you're down at 15 fps and you hold forward it buffers that so you're character continues forward for many seconds after you let go, but this doesn't affect mouse movement so you can turn as much as you want while unstoppably moving. The length of buffered time seems to multiply weirdly. I died because my character ran at some enemies and there was no way to stop me because the input was from 3 minutes ago. Steam discussions have many people complaining about performance/optimization. So it seems wide spread and unfixable.
