Loved this cozy game - what a beautiful story and fitting puzzles, not to difficult, just really great for relaxing...

I did two or three "sections", then one level in the "halloween" section needed me to place something tilted at 20-30 degrees, but the controls only let you operate in 45-degree increments. You can drop a thing so it leans, but I kept having it land tilted too steeply or too shallowly, and then after three or four tries at getting it to align it would instead jostle the whole pile down. At that point I realized I hadn't really been enjoying it even when it *wasn't* making me redo things for no good reason, so that was it for me. The puzzles so far weren't difficult or interesting, and the mouse controls were irritating (it's especially weird that it operates on 45 degree increments when controlling with mouse *and* levels require other angles).

Projected Dreams is a puzzle game that builds its appeal through simplicity, atmosphere, and emotion rather than difficulty or complexity. Instead of challenging players with high-pressure mechanics, time limits, or increasingly demanding systems, it creates a relaxing experience focused on imagination and memories. The core mechanic is one of the game's most distinctive qualities. Players take different objects and position them beneath a light source, rotating and arranging them so that their shadows form specific silhouettes. It is a concept that immediately feels creative because it transforms ordinary items into puzzle pieces. Solving challenges becomes less about numbers and formulas and more about experimentation and perspective. There is a playful quality to the entire process that feels similar to childhood moments of using imagination to turn everyday objects into something much larger. What makes this system work especially wel…

Cosy but boring.

Fun puzzle game, exactly as it looks on the trailer. Controls and mechanics easy enough to pick up. There's some leeway in making the shape, so you don't get stuck having to move stuff to get pixel-perfect alignment.
