As a Vietnam War geek I really want to like this game and it absolutely has the potential to be good, but I just can not recommend it in its current state. Mechanics like running, climbing, and inventory are way too clunky. AI enemies will either snipe you from across the map or just outright walk right past you. To the dev: Please don't take this as discouragement. Take a break from adding new content and spend some time fixing the mechanics and content already in the game, it will make it so much better and easier to work on down the line.11 found this helpful
Dev is very dedicated to the game and keeps up good updates. Has very niche and innovative features for vr. Has the typical jank.2 found this helpful
Really janky reloading being really hard to reload in battle, terrible inventory system that's just annoying to use. Really annoying maps that you just get sniped half way across the map from. Terrible AI just sittin in corners and waiting and spamming voice lines to give themselves away. The audio design is good, the tunnel rat map is eh, the last stand maps are the most fun, the extraction map is terrible and just has a weird audio bug where you'll constantly hear a random pinging noise over and over. I feel like if this game spruces up it's guns, and has general fixes and better AI and some better maps, it could change my mind. But now it's only a game of potential. Please don't scuff it, i dearly hope this game changes in months time and it makes me like this game and henceforth changes my review.1 found this helpful
cool game but it's kind of janky and not much content. i recommend it if it's on sale
Punji VR, Is in its current State more of a tech demo than an actual enjoyable game in my opinion. It's like a concept game, an experiment, that doesn't perform 100% on any front / aspect. It's acceptable, but not of any release quality, to be honest. I don't even think that this game will actually out grow it's current state.
finally a vietnam war VR game
