The visuals of this game are out of this world: very carefully crafted pixelart. The passion of the developers is apparent in the attention to detail. As of this review (2025-03-11), the game only contains a survival mode. The combat has a lot of depth and feels great, and there are some very clever ideas (the firefly system for example). The game is still in early access, but it seems to receive updates very regularly (has received two updates in the last 72 hours). For example, the trailer is already outdated, as the game already contains sounds for the swords, and earlier today there was an update with an in game tutorial. For now, I can happily recommend this game. I may update this review at some point later when the game has progressed more.

Really enjoying the visuals and how cool it feels but the controls need massive changes, it feels like it is made for a left handed person by default and the delay on movement for certain actions feels really disconnected

Graphics: 10/10 • Gorgeous pixel art, the animation is pretty cool, and the color palette and theme are fantastic. Control: 5/10 • Some animation locking, but it's fine. Audio: 4/10 • Pretty cool track, but there's no SFX? Maybe it's just on my end. Difficulty: 2/10 • I accidentally jumped on an enemy's head, and somehow that made me practically immortal. I killed 90 mobs on my first try. Story: 0/10 • Non-existent. Accessibility: 0/10 • I don't understand anything except "press X to spawn an enemy to kill me." • I have to look for every control myself in the settings. Replayability: 0/10 • I thought I would get some points to upgrade or unlock something after the trial, but there was nothing.

although unfinished, i deeply recommend this game as the combat system is enjoyable and it's pretty fun for a cheap price.

Amazing game, hope its not abandoned yet.
