Very, very polished and fun collectathon/adventure/metroidvaina. Everywhere there is something to discover, I never ran into any invisible walls or "this is the wrong way"-slopes that make you slide off them if you try to climb something a different way. The graphics look incredibly good for a game like this and it runs buttery smooth. Traversal is fun, balanced and the upgrades make it even more fun. Only downside: needs aboput an hour until it you leave the usual "you dont have many upgrades and its slow" state, but thats a genre problem imho.1 found this helpful
Ah how splitscreen makes games so much fun.
decent but original was better
Funny Clever and Charm. Playing it on easy mode. Like the progression is slower and leveling up skills are learned before venturing into the more challenging areas. 1/2 through the game on solo mode. I have the helper robot on, amusing. I like its hunt down the upgrades on a map across different planets. The game brings you back to the worlds because there are areas you need better equipment to access. Jumping is the best and it keeps getting better with upgrades. Smooth and polished. It keeps adding fun.

Not nearly as good as the first game. Was expecting more. Bought it to share the wonders of the first game with my girlfriend that only has a mac (for now), but it seriously does not live up to the first game. I'd rather wait and get her a pc so we can play the first game together instead of playing this sad attempt at a sequel through steam link. Also, the third person pov completely changes how the game feels compared to the first game. If you want a true co-op masterpiece, just play the first game.
