Exploration is something many games take for granted. It's commonplace in today's world for games to provide hand-holding tutorials which guide the player over even the smallest of early-on bumps in the road. Rext is the exact opposite of this. You will likely poison yourself, murder harmless frogs, anger ancient entities of mass destruction make new friends, and much more!

FightRext features a suite of enemies to fight, ranging from simple woodland creatures to nameless deities of times long past. Many of the enemies in Rext feature unique combat mechanics, and optional interactions should you take the time to explore them.
ExploreAs you stumble blindly through the woods you'll explore a lore-rich randomly-generated world containing travelers and traders, long-abandoned shrines, and plenty of small interactions which tie into each other. Everything serves a purpose! Every tree, rock, and butterfly can be crushed, burned, ground up, and more often than not turned into some kind of potion. The only way to find out is to experiment!
CraftRext features dozens upon dozens of crafting recipes, ranging from creating simple weapons from the environment around you to complex brewing and alchemy. You can create anything from spears to mechanisms of mass destruction to magical weapons and implements.
