Physics-based movement
Playing this game is more than just running and jumping! Movement is feel-based in Rocket Cave Adventure- you'll have to master the controls and weight of each vehicle to be able to traverse deeper and deeper into the caves.
Brand new adventures
Explore procedurally generated levels every time you start a run! With each area bigger and stranger than the last, you'll have to pay attention to your surroundings to survive!
Randomized skill tree
Throughout each run, you will be given a skill tree that will be populated with different skills each time you play! However, you won't know the skills you are given until you unlock them by collecting enough XP from enemies- so don't rush too fast through the levels.
Meta progression
Gather mana throughout your runs and spend it on long-term upgrades back at the starting hub. Unlock new vehicles and skills in the hub!

pretty cool game it has a nice gameplay loop and the unorthodox controls make it play very different to other similiar-ish games for some the price is too much but i think it is well justified seeing how this is getting updates every now and then if you like small roguelites with interesting but fun controls and want to help small indie devs this is the game for you also from my experience it sometimes doesnt work on steam deck but when it does its pretty fun to play4 found this helpful

So this is one of these games that is way too hard for me. But I know there are freaks out there who will love this. It's got a good presentation, funny tutorial character, it just feels very well-made. And right now it's sitting here at 2 user reviews and that just hurts my game developer heart. So that's why I wrote this review. If you like hard to play, even harder to master games, and you are generally good with learning controls, you should give this a try! It's cheap anyway so what's there to lose :)1 found this helpful
