Caveblazers is an action focused platformer roguelike set in a fantasy world. You play as an adventurer setting out to explore the cave and find out what riches it holds. However, you are not the only one...
As you delve deeper in to the cave, you'll discover new areas to explore, new weapons and new monsters to try them out on.
Smart Characters!
Throughout your journey you will encounter AI characters. Some friendly, some hostile. We're using an advanced pathfinding system which means friendly characters will be able to follow you wherever you go, and hostile characters will be able to track you down wherever you hide. There is no escape. Be afraid!

Caveblazers is a modern platformer which incorporates some Roguelike and RPG elements such as permanent death, randomized potion identities, an RPG-style inventory system and tons of items, equipment and upgrades!
Daily Challenge Runs!
Each day a new adventure will be generated! It will be the same for everyone and you'll only get one chance at it! These challenge runs give you a starting loadout, and feature a set of different traits.
Epic Boss Battles!
Between each area you'll encounter a boss. Each boss is very unique, requiring a different strategy to defeat. Bosses are generally gigantic monstrosities with life bars stretching across the entire screen. Good luck!
Character Customization!
A whole load of unlockable hats, tunics, trousers, robes, and more! Or perhaps you fancy stripping off and heading in to the caves in the nude? Go for it!
Compelling Combat!
Largely overlooked in other modern Roguelike games, Caveblazers attempts to move away from the simplistic combat systems we've seen in other games in the genre, and incorporates fun, fluid and fast-paced combat which is accentuated by the game's brutal and persistent blood effects.

I do really like this game but i cant justify giving it a positive review, i feel that the difficulty spike is too immense for the game to be fun, and to overcome that difficulty you have to get lucky with available builds to get far. if you like hard games this is great, if not, id not recommend it. pixel style is great, rogue-lite elements and unique playstyles make it stand out. i think that mostly the hard aspects is enemy spam and the difficulty ramp from floor to floor, and yea it can be chalked up to "skill issue" but it gets to a point where that logic doesn't justify the quality of the experience.3 found this helpful
The game really falls off after the first hour or two. The combat is so clunky and there isn't even a purpose to engaging with the combat so why waste your time? Too much RNG and I don't think the level generation is very good.1 found this helpful
Verdadero juegazo, para mi, top 3 action roguelike plataformero sin ninguna duda, por no decir el mejor. No sé muy bien si aún siguen con intención de actualizar contenido pero, oalá añadan contenido mas del estilo secretos/ salas ocultas o eventos random, de lo demás, mis dieses! TOP! 9,9999⁹/10
Just a bad overall game it spams enemies trying to overpower u while offering no reward for fighting them. There is no tutorial and all the levels can just be ran trought with out fighting. The bosses are like ones from GD tower just way worse the game is a knock off of hollow knight silksong and is not worth 0.87 price on sale just save up for hollow knight its just 50 times better then this slop
Love this game, very difficult, you will die alot, but really fun, and so satisfying to master! fun couch co-op game too! great art style, character customization, and it runs on everything. what more could you want?
