About Salad Fields
Salad Fields is a DREAMYQUEER experience.
In this block-pushing adventure-puzzle game, you explore surreal lands and meet strange folks...
Folks include:
-=- Yippie the gay leather-mouse who bakes doughnuts using vegetables
-=- Kizzy the computer who fears Y2K
-=- Myrtyl the anti-cop queer skater punk
-=- Fancy Andy the ampersand-shaped butler and wannabe beekeeper
-=- 3 "dudebirds" (dudebro + bird)
Two gameplay modes for flexible playstyles:
-=- "Puzzle mode" provides challenge
-=- "Exploration mode" lets you walk right through the puzzles, making the game's various bizarre worlds accessible to anyone (...anyone weird enough to play this game)
*informercial voice* But how big is this game, you ask?! It's pretty goshdarn big. :O
-=- Over 100 (ONE HUNDRED) puzzles!
-=- 30 music tracks, or over an hour of music!
-=- A whole bunch'a locations and characters and things!
The devs:
Resni is the creator of the unofficial cult-classic "Mibibli's Quest", and jars received their MFA and likes puzzles.
We are also queer furries and a couple. Salad Fields might seem very silly (and it is) but we feel it reflects our truths as strange misfits in various ways. We hope that you find something in it you resonate with. :3

I like it, but I wish I was good at puzzles.1 found this helpful
the first game i've ever used "skip gameplay" on! not to insult the puzzles, which seemed creative, but sokoban fits awfully in my head. i did love the surreal, heartfelt, extremely furry and gay and kinky world, enough to want to play this dev team's other games asap. if strange sokoban mechanics and being a weird queer fuzzball is your thing, you should take a look!1 found this helpful
Very weird, very queer, very furry sokoban. Also very good, with interesting puzzle ideas that are well explored. Conversations from its characters range from deep self reflection to dripping hornyness, making it an interesting trip that is sometimes sad, often funny, usually kind and always racy.1 found this helpful
A neat Sokoban game that is beatable for novices at the genre, but has more for those seeking a challenge. There's no undo key unfortunately, but the game has fast and responsive controls (arguably too responsive considering the no undo). The real charm to me is the world of Salad Fields. Described as a DREAMYQUEER experience, The game has a simplistic 3D style for the story only in-between levels and eyecatching 2D spritework for the puzzle maps & gameplay elements, plus the magical boyfriends who grant you the power to engage with said elements. The story is primarily based around character interactions. A few standout characters to me are as follows: A snake who hates people leaving them Someone who destroyed an offensive and problematic bush that got attacked by that bush's fans. A bird who really likes sports. A furry (who's also an animal) that overexplains his hybrid fursona & the 18+ art he commissions of them An ampersand with a moustache which houses it's own moustache who's tired of being a butler and wants to become a beekeeper and way more! Engaging and interacting with the few characters you see every few levels was my main motivation to keep playing, as well as ho…
very much like very gay
Addictive puzzle game with funny moments, queer characters, and cool pixel art. Lots of meta humour and you can't. skip. the. dialogue....
