Join Scarlet, the last remaining Maiden of the Sacred Flame, in her sinful quest to defeat the Prime Evil. Use your special abilities to harvest sin from your enemies and through repentance, increase your powers.

Explore the randomly generated dungeons of the Underworld. Each time you enter you will find new paths, fight new monsters, and discover new items. Every adventure will be different!
Enjoy challenging roguelite gameplay! Sure, you may die a few times, but each time you re-enter the dungeon you will be more powerful than the last time.
Defeat enemies and complete quests to gain Sin. As a Maiden of the Sacred Flame, you have the ability to gather Sin and convert it to power through repentance. Mistress Julia will "give you a hand" with the repentance part.
Use Sin to unlock new abilities for Scarlet! Create a build that suits your play style. Maybe you want to focus on melee combat. Or perhaps powerful spells suit you better. How ever you build your character, it is up to you.
Increase the level of your companions at Sinner's Rest Abbey. They will be able to provide you with more powerful weapons, spells and amulets for your adventure.
Complete Misty's quests. Misty is a fellow resident of Sinner's Rest Abbey. Her playthings have been stolen and she hopes you will be able to find them. Delivering her lost items will reward you with lewd scenes in Misty's Sex Dungeon.
Engage in sinful acts in the Underworld. Sometimes you will be able to pump out extra Sin from defeated monsters with your magic strap-on.

A very nice little game. I completed all the achievements in about 20 hours. The gameplay is very fun. There's a little bit of a challenge, but it's not too hard. The wide variety of weapons, spells, and bonuses make every run feel different. As for the sexual content, it's okay, but not great. There are three main places the sex shows up: - interacting with upgrade stations; which is just a short cutscene - after beating enemies/a boss; which is a small quicktime mini-game for extra points - back at the cathedral; longer cutscenes with better voice acting but only a single advance/go back option All the sex is pixel animated with sound effects, though the moaning gets repetitive pretty quickly. There's also a wide variety of sex acts including some play with tentacles, strap ons, oral, anal, etc. I think the sex elements could really be improved if there was a bit more depth to the scenes with the bosses and back at the cathedral. Overall, I would say that the game is worth buying for the gameplay, not so worth it for the sex.4 found this helpful
An alright Roguelike game with some sex scenes to top it off, hard to say if i recommend it or not as it was somewhat fun to play but didn't really stand out very much and i just kinda forgot about it after 100%’ing it. I liked the way the controls feel and how the maps get laid out. However I don't like having 1 achievement locked behind completing the game in hardmode since it only unlocks after completing the game forcing you to spend almost twice as much time 100%’ing the game for no reason except for the game to get increased average gametime.3 found this helpful
