the free prologue version looks way good and beautiful. final version is the one that look like the early access version. lighting and shadows everything looks way off. prologue has better and beautiful reflections as well. also they have changed nips position in final version and it looks unacceptable. very disappointed with the purchase. :( wasted my time.1 found this helpful
One of the most violent and edgiest games I've ever played but still relies on shock value. The combat is very clunky, this sure ain't no DOOM 2016. But this game has one of the best interpretations of Hell along with Dante's Inferno.1 found this helpful
I bought the game for the R rated content and the game is CENSORED! The gameplay is terrible. This is a complete bait and switch. DO NOT BUY this, you will regret it!!!!
It's not a spoiler, but I'd like to know that before buying it: 1. There are scenes in this game where you beat the stomach of a pregnant woman, the baby comes out and you beat her with the baby 2. There are scenes in this game where you stimulate a man with a handjob only to cut his ♥♥♥♥ off and break his jaw (his jaw literally flies away and it's very gory) 3. There are scenes in this game where you have to stomp babies (in this game babies go to hell - although I don't know if they are real babies or little devils because of their appearance) but it's still an uneasy feeling of stomping babies -- not to mention when they're hanged in your room as a decoration. This would be a deal breaker for me but it only happens in the uncensored version (but I wouldn't play a censored game anyway) hope this helps. With all that said, I recommend the game nevertheless. Btw, about the gameplay (a lot of people here seem to have hated it): there's absolutely nothing wrong with the gameplay, this is quite misleading since the trailer of the game shows exactly what you'd expect to be in-game, nobody was misled to think otherwise. It's actually the only special reason why I keep playing this…

Bloody, fun, and poetic at times! Extremely recommend you get the content DLC's, and uncensored patch is a must as true gameplay content is removed otherwise. The R18 content is 6.5/10 P.S: Steam patch works just have to enable it In-game settings. P.P.S: Some cosmetic DLC's are dependent on some other cosmetic DLC's.
