It was okay, took some getting used to, but in the end I had fun. You do have to go into the menu A LOT. You can equip some items, but it doesn't seem to tell you when they break, so you want to check a lot to see if you need to put on a new on. Also when you get to the edge of the map, you need to hit enter or space to go through, most of the time, the game didn't tell me this, Frustrating until I figured it out. You also want to save a lot, especially in the early goings. I would suggest after ever combat and encounter. The game itself is pretty much a series of fetch quests, a ton of wandering monsters, but with a compelling enough through story. There was one item that seems to hint at maybe there will be more? Not sure... All in all, a single thumb up, not a great game, but it took me three hours to beat, including a half a dozen failed attempts. Not too shabby. Pretty sure I got it on sale though...

The game suffers from dull graphics and repetitive gameplay that quickly becomes boring. Controls are awkward, making navigation frustrating, and the storyline lacks depth, leaving little motivation to continue. Overall, it feels unpolished and fails to deliver an engaging experience.

You're beat down by a monster every few steps when you start the game. Not fun.
