This is a game that has lots of potential but ultimately, due to some bad choices here and there, makes for an agonizing experience. First, this game, in it's premise is very similar to Collision Course, another indie game (that unfortunately died) in that there's not much of a storyline, you're thrown in a large map, with zero help from the game, with a bunch of ai spawning around you, resulting in you making the story as you go along, with some hints sprinkles in between as to what you're supposed to do. However, unlike collision course, this game also has a bunch of "fetch the keycard" parts, which restrict you from wandering off into the map, making the game a bit more linear. The game also has a weird system, in where you die, you lose all your items, like ARK, but tries to be a dino crisis-esque at the same time? And you respawn naked. And unlike ARK, no in-game reasons as to why you do so. You simply do. Combine that with a lot of parts where humans materialize out of thin air every time you spawn in, it is very easy to get softlocked as you die after you've progressed => ALL the AI get completely replenished, now you're a naked guy trying to get your stuff with ai c…8 found this helpful
Good morning players, Finally back in a game with dinosaurs. How I can still remember the good old days of Dino Crisis and I was immediately captivated by the game. I like the story, coupled with the puzzles and of course the dinosaurs. I look forward to continuing to explore the island. Have fun with the game and many thanks to the development team.8 found this helpful
As an old dino and Jurassic Park Fan I´m happy to found this. The respawn system force you to think about your next steps and makes the fights even more interessting. Gunplay and graphics are pretty nice too. I wish only there would be more dinos in the game. Glad to see indie-developers try something different!7 found this helpful
The motion blur in the game made me physically ill. I couldn't even make it 30 minutes into this before I was physically and mentally throwing up. The graphics in this game were abysmal, the gunplay was abysmal, the dinosaurs abysmal, abysmal. The devs say that AI was used in marketing and localization but I don't believe them. From the screenshots I was expecting a little bit of jank in a Turokesque boomer shooter but what I got was a blurry mechanically flawed mess.2 found this helpful
