Arguably Imcyan's magnum opus. An episodic Tsugunohi spin-off with genuine character & plot progression (owing to the cast being allowed to live longer than a single episode). Writing chops on display here are impressive; was genuinely surprised by how effectively this managed to strike the proper chords (whether funny, dramatic, or spooky). Combine this with each episode having its own distinct identity (& occasional unique mechanics) & I'd have no choice but to strongly recommend this for anybody in the mood for a unique adventure. That said, as the store page states, this release IS unfinished and Episode 9 leaves off on something of a gigantic cliffhanger. Something to keep in mind.2 found this helpful
Without a doubt the best work of ImCyan; mysterious, scary, comprehensive & hilarious. Most of the the main casts has a loose screw one way or another, which makes the dialog so charming & funny. Please expand this series more, I like this much more than Tsugunohi.2 found this helpful
This game is amazing, I've seen two full playthroughs and deeply enjoyed both. I love the bizarre uncanny visuals as well as the unique sound design! I love Teru and Kira a lot, as well as Json and Nina. There are some quite odd and probably offensive parts, as well as the weird obsession Luna has with Teru, but outside of that I love this game. Tsugunohi is also a great series, and I look forward to more installments from both series.
Loving this series so far. Amazing work from ImCyan and co. https://youtu.be/345f7sswhuk?si=1CyQTTVL0VW2qDZR
