Overall, it was very okay. Gameplay wise it was very repetitive. Basically, the game has six chapters of 2 to 3 hours in length where you will search and read posts about the case online, and then investigate the area of interest 3 times. You'll use the info you find to answer multiple choice questions or fill-in-the-blank puzzles. This is basically the gameplay loop for the entire 20 or more hours you will be playing the game if you do so to completion. No other new minigames or ways to solve the mystery come later. Hence the game can feeling like a drag at times. The story, art, and music, are the main reasons I had fun, and continued playing because even though the gameplay can become really boring; everything else is hype and tubular. The episode to episode stories are very fun to go through, and ties into the very intriguing overarching plot. So for me personally I give it a 8/10 in hindsight, but a 6/10 actually playing it. In conclusion, if gameplay is really important for your enjoyment of a game, then maybe wait for sale or watch a youtuber play it for the story 'n stuff.

Although the premise and overall story is quite a good impression. but a lot of plot holes are unresolved

It's a fully linear visual novel. Don't expect gameplay. The story was good though. If you're into urban legends and are Japanese, you will probably enjoy it. And if you're not Japanese? Who knows.

not that bad but nothing special or amazing. the cases were all easily predictable w repetitive gameplay and the only interesting thing was the final twist. ig this series was intentionally built like a 12 episode anime bc that's how it plays, the vibes were nice overall tho

Chef's. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Kiss. This is an awesome little detective story, played this every night before bed for a week straight like it was a good book I couldn't put down. I wouldn't be shocked at all if we see an Anime spin-off of this 10+ years from now like Steins;Gate.
