Players praise this choice-driven sci-fi adventure for its charming Latin American setting, well-written characters, engaging branching narrative with meaningful consequences, and distinctive art direction that creates a cohesive atmosphere. Common criticisms include the relatively short length that may not justify full price, some choices feeling inconsequential while others significantly impact resources, and the hidden achievement list; a few players also note that relationship mechanics don't always feel impactful despite the engaging character writing.

This is an enjoyably weird little sci fi gamebook with a very refreshing Latin American themed setting where you do jobs for a grumpy capybara whilst trying to pay off a mysterious loan shark. Fundamentally it's a branching-story/choice based system with a few meters to manage. The good: the stories build on each other and have some repercussions for the final confrontation, so there's generally a good sense of narrative payoff and the characters are quite well written. I thought the trinkets/artefacts and their uses at the end were well played. I'd have liked a couple more recurring characters - maybe other patrons at the capy-bar - just for flavour, but the characters that were in there I did very much enjoy. The dialogues and choices present the characters/setting very well, I felt, giving a good sense of the world without labouring the backstory. The less good: I don't have many dislikes. There are a few bugs, especially things appearing doubled in the dialogue screen. Also in the UI, the game never really lets you know if any elements are "gambles" - it implies some of them are by having them for example be literal gambling, but this is something that perhaps should be m…

Had a blast with this. Fun little adventure romp that makes you feel like you're the captain who's boss of the crew and gets to make tough decisions they have to deal with. Similar in feel to: The Pale Beyond Shadowrun games ICY legendary edition Dead State

What an underrated game. The graphics and overall design are so charming, the characters are distinct, likable, and well written, and the various text effects really add to the atmosphere. Also, it's surprisingly hard to pay off all the debt. Some choices really don't matter, but others will affect your money or resources significantly, which can affect your ability to pay off the debt. Only a few choices will impact the story itself. And your relationship with your crewmates doesn't seem to matter because they're still very friendly to you even if you're enemies with them. But whatever. It's really a charming, wholesome, beautifully designed indie with great characters and lots of soul.

Not worth it in full price. Game is short. Also, why are all the achievements hidden?

A pretty fun game, you make decisions for different scenarios, quite similar to 60 seconds (but more linear like a normal visual novel). There's different outcomes to each of the missions, which effects the final ending

It's fun to play as Boss of the team, giving chance to specific crew, pacify conflicts, encourage crews. Story is at the Ok-level, no surprise, no critical flaws. Need Chinese Translation for this.
