Star Apprentice: Magical Murder Mystery

Great game, the bullet hell gameplay was fun to experience and had some cool stages. I liked how the bullets were designed with each character you were fighting in mind, and how [spoiler] Charlotte's fight involved a mix of different ones. [/spoiler] Lovely artwork, music, etc.

It's a pretty neat little game, everything is good enough to make an enjoyable experience during its runtime, and I appreciate how the bullet hell segments play into the plot even though its not a genre I particularly enjoy. I wish it had like an ending CG but that's really the only thing I can think of to complain about that would be fair for a short free game like this. I will definitely check out the sequel whenever it comes out.

Love the concept. Loved the story and the ideas. Loved the graphics and characters. But the last part was too difficult for me on the default settings. I needed to change the lives to get through the final battle after trying quite a few times. I think I'm at least an averagely-skilled gamer so I imagine a fair amount of people are going to change the difficulty as well. Also, I don't the music was an issue overall - I quite enjoyed it most of the time - but some of the battle music did feel a little too much to hear over and over especially during the final boss.

after booting up the game i searched up curious cat catastrophe on youtube surprised to not find anything then was shocked as i made it to the title change
