This game feels like it prioritizes graphics over everything else, and it really shows. The English is extremely broken, making much of the dialogue dull, awkward, and unpleasant to sit through. Instead of building atmosphere or tension, the game relies heavily on cheap jumpscares, many of which feel forced and lazy rather than genuinely scary. A large portion of the gameplay revolves around repetitive chores instead of meaningful horror mechanics, making the experience feel more like busywork than an actual game. The playable area is very small, yet the characters’ behavior makes no sense within that limited space. For example, an official repeatedly shows up at your door and refuses to leave, which feels unnatural and poorly justified. On top of that, the optimization is terrible. I’m running an RTX 5070 Ti, a very powerful GPU, and it was sitting at 100% usage the entire time. There’s no excuse for performance this bad, especially given the game’s small scope. Overall, the game lacks depth, polish, and engaging gameplay. It often feels like you’re completing chores rather than playing a horror game. I’d rate it a 3/10.

Stories to Tell: Greyville Stay is a compact psychological horror title developed and published by zebaxx that focuses on creating fear through atmosphere, uncertainty, and subtle storytelling rather than relying on constant shocks. As part of the Stories to Tell series, the game draws inspiration from dreams and nightmares experienced by its creator, giving the experience a distinctly personal quality. This foundation allows the game to feel less like a conventional horror project and more like a playable nightmare where ordinary situations slowly unravel into something unsettling and difficult to explain. The game's narrative revolves around a seemingly normal return home that gradually turns into a disturbing experience. What begins as an everyday situation soon becomes increasingly strange as unusual events start occurring around the house. Rather than presenting players with obvious threats from the start, the game carefully builds tension through small changes in the environment and subtle hints that something is wrong. This gradual approach works particularly well because it allows the player's imagination to fill in the gaps, often creating a stronger sense of fear than di…

Got Both Endings And Still Want More! The Game Has A Creepy Atmosphere And Sounds That Make You Jump. No Game Ending Jumpscares, Yet Stil Made Me Scared As I Progressed. Very Fun, Quick, And Scary. All Of The Jumpscares Got Me Screaming And Had My Heart Racing For A Bit. I Can't Wait For The Next Game Because I Really Enjoyed This One. 10/10 Game! Would Recommend To Anyone That Likes Horror Games!
