Bring light back to the darkening town of Mallard by exploring its monster-infested outskirts, hearing its residents' stories, and defeating the dangerous pets of a mastermind light-stealer in this simple top-down adventure inspired by a love of exploring one's own neighborhood. The game was really fun. The control were easy to get the hang of and the boss battles were just challenging enough for me to enjoy. I had a lot of fun exploring the setting and finding hidden details.1 found this helpful
I just finished the game, it was a good time. Took almost 3 hours to play through. The pacing was great, I didn't feel like there was any down time, and the map isn't so large that it takes forever to do anything. And there are multiple paths to get to places, which helps traversal in the later half in the game. It was a fun game the whole way through. I however did not 100% it, as that is just not how I like to play games, but did probably get 80% of it done.
