About Terrible Laboratory
The genius scientist Dr. Konica Yaegaki has been developing a brand-new robot, a technological breakthrough that could shake the world... and bring more funds to her research facility!
However, just as the project's approaching completion, she's betrayed by one of her assistants, who has conspired with the president of a rival company to shutter her laboratory by destroying her work.
To make matters worse, the rival company snatches away most of her loyal staff. The cost of repairs is estimated to be over 50 million yen, and now it's up to Konica to raise as much capital as possible and save her precious laboratory!
Join Konica Yaegaki on her mission to secure enough funds to repair her beloved robot! Gather materials, bring your inventions to life, and sell them to the highest bidder to rake in the dough. Whether they be household items, weapons, or armor, nothing's off the table for this laboratory.
Alternatively, if science isn't your thing, you can look around town for part-time jobs from rival companies. They may be the competition, but they still appreciate Konica's brilliant mind.
Just be wary of offers that are too good to be true! Some people don't only want Konica's research to go up in flames; they want to see her reputation soiled beyond repair. You can check the internet to read up on global developments and get a better idea of what people are saying about Konica's lab. Do your best to avoid scandals!

What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
This adult visual novel game divides players strongly based on their tolerance for its explicit content involving humiliation and non-consensual themes. Supporters appreciate the character writing, emotional depth of the protagonist, and variety of scenarios despite the barebones story, while detractors find the misogynistic content, poor animation, and lack of narrative substance deeply problematic and ethically concerning. Technical issues like missing Steam patches and achievements locked behind updates are also noted as frustrations.
Misogyny - check. Foul, disgusting scenes - check. Animation - oops! Story - oops! Variety - oops! I'm willing to allow for a lot of artistic license leeway in adult fantasies, especially knowing that there's something dysfunctional about the Japanese-import sense of what is or is not erotic. This was just too little good to make up for too much bad, unfortunately. I find it disturbing that Steam will ban games for a variety of quirky reasons, but still take your money for this one. Apparently it's cool to hate/r@pe women but not take respectable pictures of them (yes, that's actually in the new Steam guidelines). Games like this are the reason why I have left mainstream production and am starting my own studio. Some of us are actually adults and would like our products designed accordingly.2 found this helpful
Good h game but don’t how to get patch on my steam deck play though on my old laptop ps devs please put on patch on steam as well.
Not for me
This is not a bad game by any means at all. The tags that inhabit this game's H scene is simply a genre that a lot of the vanilla people dislike. I personally have no issues with it because I have enough sense to separate between my fiction and reality. With that out of the way. The author/dev really nailed what makes a humiliation/non-con/exhibition/omorashi scene work. It's not meant to be deep, it's meant to put your character in a powerless situation where you are forced to be depraved. There is quite a bit of variety in that and it doesnt overstay its welcome. The main character herself is very cute and pretty endearing to the point where you really do want to cheer her on near the end. The story is actually very nice and can be pretty touching as you see a girl try her best to avert a 99% done catastrophe from her life. All in all if you like these tags you will enjoy the game. I have not grinded even once to go through the story and trigger most of the events.
The patch is required to get all the achievements in this game; two are locked behind it. I had played this game before I had bought it, so my hours might not reflect how long I actually played. I'll let you work out how the logic behind that works, but this game is what gave me an acquired taste for public humiliation. I love Konica's tears. The story is rather barebones, and so most of the content is locked behind intentionally failing, as this game's content centers primarily around that. But HOLY MOLY does it put Konica in a range of fun situations to emotionally torment and socially destroy her. The fact that all of aburasobabiyori's protagonists still have the strength of mind to finish off what they're doing makes them very endearing and cute and lovable. Them having a minor breakdown after the ending from all the damage others have done to them all really makes something in me tingle. I would suggest buying this game on sale, as the gameplay itself is fairly barebones and simple, and not that fleshed out. It's more or less a more interactive visual novel where each decision you decide to fail lets you experience the adult content of this game, plus I imagine most w…
