[後半に日本語レビューあり]
A strategist-view academy RPG where brainwashing rewrites order
This is an adult RPG in which the curse of brainwashing is used to gradually rewrite what is considered normal within the academy. The protagonist does not stand on the front lines but takes a strategist-like position (there is also a “Janitor Uncle Mode” for enjoying the academy as it becomes more H), expanding influence by directing students while progressing through dungeon exploration and resource management. As you advance, the available choices increase, and the structure lets you observe from above as the order of the academy itself is eventually transformed. The story has two major paths: a route that leans toward the collapse of the academy, and a truth route that approaches the core of the secret. Neither is a straight line, and developments change depending on how you use the brainwashed allies. Battles use speedy “High-Speed Time Progress Combat,” designed so that you build advantage through chains and delays. Cute anime-style visuals and several Spine H-animations are included, and it can be said that the work is characterized by the balance between story and management elements.…18 found this helpful
Amazing story as always from U-ROOM. Great gameplay too. Too bad they butchered the translation. Selling stuff from MTL gotta be a crime16 found this helpful
Refunded as the English translation and editing quality are far below the standards -- they're even worse than I thought based on the screenshots and other reviews. Unfortunately, the original Japanese language option is not included in this release unlike the previous games from this developer (likely due to a different publisher). The only redeeming factor for the Steam version is the uncensor patch.6 found this helpful
Solid amount of playtime and beautiful CGs, albeit scattered across all routes. The world actually changes based on your actions, which is a nice touch. Combat feels a bit over-complicated like Pray Game, but that seems to be U-ROOM’s usual style. The story clearly has a lot of potential, but impossible to understand a damn ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ single thing because of the horrible MTL.6 found this helpful
It's been a while since I've enjoyed peak eroge like this. U-room is one of my favorite developers with their consistent output of high quality productions with fascinating story, gameplay mechanics, music, and H-scenes. It's quite interesting how the route branching happens fairly early, leading to quite varied experiences with the same characters. My only wish for amelioration would be a better translation, as it gets spotty in a lot of places and unfortunately takes away from the game's overall potential. It's definitely a lot of writing to chew through at times too, kind of like a rubbery steak. Definitely one of my favorites now, not many eroge can get me to play over 30 hours.1 found this helpful
A nice game from U-Room, but the story is kinda confusing, nice art but somes are repeated so it's kinda bored. over all compare with Pray Game is 6.5 -7 / 10 worth the time spending to unlock the truth end
